Hello ... Tooth loss and bleeding gums can be the result of gingivitis / periodontal problems that will require cleaning the teeth of a cat, but first evaluated by a veterinarian before brushing. Regular brushing returns to his cat to minimize the recurrence of periodontitis.

It appears that your kitten is teething. As the people are the kitten deciduous teeth (milk teeth), born and begin to lose more than 11 weeks of age. In 7-8 months you should take your cat's full complement of adult teeth.

Some cats have a time when teething harder than others. It is not uncommon for bleeding gums and red. You can order even a few baby teeth around the house, even though cats tend to swallow.

When my daughter was teething, which chew the basis of his scratching post a lot and I often blood stains on him. I have more teeth to the scratching post. There was once much more difficult teething my son. I've never been one of his teeth, and not in a phase of gum-Pass. All cats are different!

Since your cat is still on until I started brushing their teeth or not. For example, wait 9 months old when they may be, in essence, your mouth can not offer. If you try to wash himself, when he held the discomfort it causes teeth mouth of tampering with the future that it makes it very difficult, brush.

If you start brushing, you can buy a toothpaste designed for animals. Human toothpaste will cause gastrointestinal distress if swallowed - over hate animals on the taste! Some shops also sell toothbrushes, animals, or child with a soft bristle brush. Gauze Wrapped Around Your Finger works, too!

Probably a bad idea to brush your cat's teeth. The vet is a good idea. Crunch is dry cat food is usually sufficient to keep the teeth of a cat in a good state of repair.
