How can i get rid of my mild impetigo fast so it does not look as bad? - how to get rid of mild impetigo fast

I have mild impetigo in adolescence. I have a friend. And it was really embarsing impetigo. Its so ugly. Any idea how to heal quickly and do not look so ugly!
